The Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 which released in December has been going strong at the box office. After a sluggish start the business of the film saw immense growth in its second and third week as well. In fact, the collections of Pushpa in its third week were higher than its second week collections. Now, at the close of its fifth weekend running Pushpa has managed to rake in a further Rs. 4.58 cr.

In this box office report, we take a look at the 5th weekend collections of Pushpa: The Rise while comparing the same to previous releases that have made it to their fifth weekend. Collecting Rs. 4.58 cr. Pushpa has now become the 8th highest all-time fifth weekend grosser. Leading the list are previous releases like Uri – The Surgical Strike that collected Rs. 12.50 cr., Tanhaji – The Unsung Warrior that collected Rs. 7.36 cr., Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion that collected Rs. 6.97 cr., Dangal that collected Rs. 6.12 cr., Kabir Singh that collected Rs. 4.98 cr., 3 Idiots that collected Rs. 4.88 cr., and Badhaai Ho that collected Rs. 4.70 cr. However Pushpa has managed to surpass certain other releases like Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone starrer Padmaavat that collected Rs. 4.46 cr, and Salman Khan’s Tiger Zinda Hai that had collected Rs. 3.83 cr.

Currently Pushpa: The Rise still continues to run in theatres, with the pandemic forcing filmmakers to reschedule their releases, the Allu Arjun film look set to enjoy an extended run in cinemas.
