Flourless chocolate cake INGREDIENTS: For the base: 2 small ripe bananas 2 tablespoons of cocoa 0.5 tsp. baking powder 1 egg For cream: 2 tablespoons sour cream sugar (or sahzam) vanillin PREPARATION: ⠀ 1. Peel bananas and grind them in a blender (you can mash them with a fork) 2. Transfer the resulting mass into a regular cup 3. Add cocoa, baking powder and an egg 4 Mix thoroughly 5. Put in the microwave for 3-4 minutes 6. Cut the cake into two parts 7. Make the cream: mix the sour cream, vanillin and sakhzam 8. Lubricate our cake with it 9. Cool down 10.
