Cutlets in a creamy sauce Ingredients: Dry pasta 280g Champignons 150g Minced meat 450g Water 500ml Cream 20% 300ml Cheese 75g Greens to taste Salt, spices (mixture of peppers, smoked paprika) Cooking: Mix the minced meat with spices, form balls. Put any pasta in a frying pan, top with meat balls, chopped champignons and fill with water. I have non-stick pans (you can cook on them without oil and nothing will burn). Cook covered over low heat for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with spices, grated cheese and pour cream, add herbs if desired. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens, stirring gently (if your pasta has absorbed too much liquid, then add more cream to the desired consistency) when serving, sprinkle with cheese and herbs.
