The life in Hazara Division has been paralysed for the last three days due to heavy showers. The upper areas were badly affected from Haripur to Kohistan due to heavy rains coupled with thunderstorms which also triggered flash floods and disconnected several remote areas from the cities.
District Abbottabad, Manshera, Battagram and Kohistan were the worst-hit areas from the heavy rains. The last day’s heavy rain triggered the flash floods and land sliding in hilly areas of Abbottabad, life in Abbottabad city was completely stuck and water entered the house and markets where people have suffered millions of rupees losses.
