Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan is known to be a gorgeous woman. She often posts makeup-free pictures showing her bare skin which looks pretty healthy. But, it also requires a good diet and proper management in order to take care of her skin.

In an interview with Vogue India, Sara Ali Khan gives some skincare tips. She says, “Drink ample amount of water, eat a lot of fruit, sleep for at least eight hours a day, think positive, and work out.”

When it comes to hair care, she swears by the brand Mama Earth, which she also endorses. “I believe that we should believe in goodness inside when it comes to haircare, and use as many natural products as we ea. Mama Earth is my go-to brand—whether it’s the onion shampoo or the amla hair oil. The more natural and kitchen-oriented stuff you use, the better it is for you.”

Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan will next star in Atrangi Re, helmed by Aanand L Rai, co-starring Akshay Kumar and Dhanush. She has reportedly signed The Immortal Ashwatthama as well opposite Vicky Kaushal.
