Cheese pancakes Ingredients: Cottage cheese – 180 g (not very fatty) Egg – 1 piece Rice flour – 1 tablespoon Grated cheese – 60-70 g Greens – a little ⠀ Cooking: 1. In a container, combine cottage cheese, grated cheese, herbs, egg and flour. Mix with a fork 2. Put the pan on the fire and lay out the pancakes with spoons dipped in water – shape.
