Cheesecakes with banana and chocolate ⠀ Ingredients: ⠀ 1 pack of cottage cheese in a briquette 180 gr 2 tablespoons of flour 1 egg 1 tablespoon of sugar (without it) 1/3 tsp of salt Vanillin (optional) Chocolate – a few slices ⠀ + flour for rolling Knead the dough into cheesecakes: combine cottage cheese, egg, salt, sugar, flour and mix everything well with a fork until smooth ⠀ 2. Cut the banana into round rings ⠀ 3. Scoop the dough with a tablespoon (with a slide) and put it in flour. Put 1 banana in the center and wrap the cheesecake, roll in flour. It is better not to twist it too much so that the banana ring remains exactly in the center ⠀ 4. We shape the cheese cakes with a knife, as I show in the video, and put them in a preheated pan with butter. Keep the heat low to medium so that the cheesecakes are evenly covered with a golden crust ⠀ 5. Fry the cheesecakes on both sides, and when the other side is slightly browned, put a slice of chocolate on each cheesecake.
