Fry dry noodles in a dry frying pan, remove from heat; 2. Dice the onion and meat and grate the carrots. 3. Sprinkle the pan with oil and send the meat to fry for 15-20 minutes, until half cooked. 4. Next we send vegetables, salt, pepper and spices. Fry over medium heat for another 5-7 minutes. 5. Spread the vermicelli over the meat and vegetables. 6.
