Delicate, airy curd dessert with berries. Ingredients: ⠀ ⠀ granular cottage cheese 9% -400g. ⠀ powdered sugar-50g. ⠀ instant gelatin-20g. ⠀ water-50ml. ⠀ milk-200ml. ⠀ ⠀ black currant (or any other berry) -150g. sugar – 30g Cooking: Pour gelatin with cold water, stir. Leave until it swells. ⠀ Knock the cottage cheese with a blender, add powdered sugar and milk. ⠀ Beat well with a blender until smooth. ⠀ Dissolve gelatin in the microwave for 30 seconds or in a water bath, it should become liquid, but not boil. ⠀ Pour thin jet gelatin into curd mass and immediately beat well with a blender. ⠀ Pour the curd mass into molds. ⠀ You can take any size molds, they will be excellent silicone. Put in the refrigerator for two hours until solidification. ⠀ Cook the berry topping: ⠀ Mix the berries with sugar, bring to a boil. ⠀ Check for 5 minutes, cool. ⠀ ⠀ Remove the curd soufflé from the molds. ⠀ Top with topping. ⠀ Real Food | #dessert .
