Light and healthy salad Ingredients: Cucumber (not large) 2-3 pcs. Boiled eggs 4 pcs. Chicken breast 200 gr. Lettuce leaves 200 gr. Avocado 1 pc. Mustard (not spicy) 1 tsp. Greek yogurt 150 gr Cooking: Chop fresh cucumber, boiled eggs, lettuce or Chinese cabbage. Cut the boiled breast and put it in a bowl. If you love avocado, be sure to add it to your salad. For refueling, we need one tsp. mustard, French, Bavarian or Dijon are perfect, as well as low-fat Greek yogurt. Mix everything well and a wonderful salad is ready.
