Light hearty salad with sour cream sauce Ingredients: Chicken fillet – 1 pc. Lemon – 1/2 pc. Olive oil – 1 tablespoon Salt, pepper – to taste Bacon – 2-3 slices Cherry – 6 pcs. Avocado – 1 pc. Cucumber – 1 pc. Eggs – 1 pc. Lettuce Leaves Sour cream / mayonnaise Mustard Lemon juice Salt, pepper Cooking: 1. Bake bacon in the oven. 2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, beat it off with the blunt side of the knife. Marinate with olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Fry immediately on both sides until golden brown. 3.
