KBZHU potato-cheese cakes per 100 gr: ⠀ К-143.5 / B-5.9 / Ж-3.7 / У-21.8 Ingredients: Potatoes – 500 gr Wheat flour – 80 gr Light cheese – 80 g Salt to taste Oil – for frying (I have GHI oil) Preparation: 1. Peel, cut and boil potatoes in salted water. 2. Purée boiled potatoes, add flour and grated cheese. Knead a soft dough. 3. From a small amount of potato mass, form a ball, roll into a cake on the table sprinkled with flour. 4. Fry in oil, on both sides over low heat. 5. Serve with sour cream and herbs.
