Potato gratin with mushrooms Ingredients: Medium potatoes – 5-6 pcs. Champignons – 10 pcs. Onions – 1 pc. Cream from 15% – 250 ml. Cheese – 40 gr. Water – 70 ml. Salt / pepper – to taste Green onions / parsley – for serving Rust. oil Preparation: 1. Put the potatoes cut into rings on the bottom of the mold, pour a little oil, salt, pepper, water and send to the oven at 220 gr. for 20-25 minutes (until done). 2. While fry the onion until golden, salt and pepper. Throw in the champignons, continue to fry everything together. Fill with cream until thickened. 3.
