Shells with ham and cheese Ingredients: Shells (macaros) Onions – 1 pc. Ricotta – 250 gr. Ham – 200 gr. Garlic – 2 cloves Spinach – handful Rust. oil – for frying Tomato sauce (preferably garlic / Italian herbs) Mozzarella cheese – 100 gr. Salt / pepper – to taste Preparation: 1. Fry finely chopped onion and ham until golden brown. Rub the garlic. Add cheese (ricotta), salt, pepper, add spinach and remove from heat after half a minute. 2. Boil the shells in salted water for a minute less than indicated in the package. 3. Send tomato sauce to the bottom of the mold (it is best to take garlic / Italian herbs).
