Cheesecakes Ingredients: ⠀ ⠀ granular cottage cheese 5% (or any fat content) -400g. ⠀ egg-1pc. ⠀ sugar-5g. (1 tsp.) ⠀ rice flour-40g. (In the dough) + 15g. for boning ⠀ oil for frying-10g. (I have coconut) ⠀ Cooking: Squeeze the cottage cheese from excess liquid. ⠀ Add sugar, an egg to it and punch with a blender (not necessary, you can just stir with a fork) ⠀ Add flour, the dough should be thick , so that you can sculpt from it. ⠀ Pour flour on the board and form cheese cakes, I did it with the help of a glass. ⠀ Form a small ball out of the dough, put it on the board with flour, cover with a glass on top and twist the glass over the surface several times.
