Tender chicken cutlets with corn Ingredients: ⠀ chicken breast fillet – 520g. ⠀ canned corn – 270g. ⠀ hard / semi-hard / soft cheese – 120g. ⠀ sour cream 10% – 40g. ⠀ egg – 1pc. ⠀ corn or potato starch – 15g. (Can be seen with flour) ⠀ salt, black pepper, paprika to taste ⠀ olive (or sunflower) oil – 5g. (1 tsp.) For frying. Preparation: Cut chicken breast and cheese into small cubes. ⠀ In more often combine chicken, corn (drain the juice from it), cheese, starch or flour, sour cream, salt, black pepper and paprika. Stir everything well. ⠀ Preheat the pan, pour in a small amount of oil. Spread the cutlets with a spoon, like pancakes. ⠀ Fry over low heat, on both sides until golden brown, without a lid. ⠀ ⠀ A total of 18 pieces turned out. Real Food | # lunch # dinner # cutlets.
