Education and certification:
- Completion of secondary education required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration or any related field is an asset.
- CIPS Procurement Certification Level 2 is required.
- Candidates who do not have a University Degree will be required to complete the Global General Service Test (GGST) or UN Administrative Support Assessment Test (ASAT) – formerly known as the UN Clerical Test.
Experience:
- At least 7 years of progressively responsible experience in administration, finance, budget, or programme / project management support.
- Experience with donor agreements and preparation and coordination of donor reports (financial and programmatic).
- Experience in the use of computers applications and software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.) with an advance knowledge of spreadsheet as well as web-based management systems.
- Experience with shared emails and service centers or customer services.
- Experience in the use of ERP platforms is an asset.
- Experience in supporting a team
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required
- Working knowledge in another official UN language is an asset
