Under the supervision of the Project Manager, the Project Clerk supports the Project implementation. The main role is to support services for projects under his/her portfolio while ensuring quality of project outputs are delivered in line with the agreed result country programme and in compliance with UNDP procedure. The incumbent also will support the administration and coordination with project stakeholder to strengthen the project.
The main outputs of this proposed project are:
- Support administration arrangement and reporting for project team program implementation
- Manage coordination on procurement process for the project implementation
- Support correspondence with project stakeholder
The Project Clerk (Admin) work in close collaboration with programme team, operations in the CO, technical advisors, experts, Government officials, and other relevant stakeholders to successfully implement the project in the national and field site.
