ISLAMABAD – Two personnel of security forces embraced martyrdom while a terrorist was killed in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). The security forces conducted an IBO in Miran Shah area of North Waziristan on reported presence of terrorists, said a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). During the intense exchange of fire, a terrorist Ahmed Ullah got killed. Weapon and ammunition also recovered from the killed terrorist, the military’s media wing also said. During the fire exchange, 34-year-old Naik Khalil, a resident of Kohat district of KP, and 21-year-old Sepoy Shakir Ullah, a resident of Lakki Marwat district of KP, embraced martyrdom.
