ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal removed five of its officials from their posts following the Supreme Court order on Monday.
The officers removed from posts are from Multan, Karachi, Islamabad and Quetta.
According to the notification, in pursuance of the judgement of the honourable Supreme Court of Pakistan in Civil Appeals No 491 of 2012 and others, the following officers/officials of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal are hereby relieved from duties with immediate effect.
Malik Muhammad Arshad, Director (BPS-19) Reg Office South Punjab Multan. Dr. Adnan Majeed, Dy. Director Medical (BPS-19) Prov. Office Sindh, Karachi, Amir Zaman, Assistant Director (BS-17), Head Office Islamabad, Tasneem Haider Kazmi, Superintendent (BPS-17), Reg Office ICT, Islamabad, Bashir Ahmed, driver (BPS-7) Prev Office Balochistan, Quetta.
The financial and administration approval, if any given by the above officers in between the period from 18-09-2012 to 17-09-2021 shall be put up before the new incumbents for afresh approval on ex-post facto basis.
