MULTAN – PPP South Punjab President Makhdoom Ahmed Mahmood has announced to start a protest campaign against price-hike from South Punjab from Oct 10th. In this regard, protests will be held in different cities of Punjab. He was addressing a Press conference at PPP Secretariat. On this occasion, Ahmed Mujtaba Gillani, Khawaja Rizwan Alam, Abdul Qadir Shaheen, Mehmmod Hayat, and Ahmed Ansari besides others were present. Makhdoom Ahmed announced that due to price hike and raise in petroleum products prices, common man is suffering a lot. He said that he will hold protest on October 10 in Bahawalnagar, Muzaffargarh, and Lodhran. On October 11, he will hold protest in Layyah, Vehari and Bahawalpur. He announced that on October 12 he will hold protest in Multan and Rahim Yar Khan. He said that only PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari can pull the country out of present crisis. He said that may Allah Almighty give Prime Minister Iman Khan some sense, so that country does not face internal and external crisis. He said that many countries including the US, Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Qatar are parting ways from Pakistan. He said that Bilawal Bhutto successfully toured South Punjab.
