MULTAN – The Rescue 1122 Friday advised parents to keep an eye on their children during Eid holidays to refrain them from one wheelie and motorcyle race. District Emergency Officer (DEO) Rescue 1122, Dr Hussain Mian in a statement said that most of the emergencies reported during past Eids were of accident owing to one wheelie and motocycles race.He informed that riders risked their lives and limbs in such activities and these proved much fatal. Precaution is better than repentance, he said adding that Rescue 1122 requested district admin to impose section 144 around such recreational spots which are located at bank of the Chenab. He stated that people swim there and several times cases of drowning were reported in past during Eid Holidays.
Dr Mian noted that imbulances, fire vehicles and security staff would provide security cover at all main Eidgahs of the city during Eid.
