Chicken meatballs in a creamy sauce ⠀ Ingredients: minced chicken – 800-900 g onion – 1 piece of vegetable mixture (I have carrots, cauliflower and broccoli) – 1 package of 10% cream – 400 ml flour – 1 tsp with a slide salt, pepper and spices to taste ⠀ Cooking: Add finely chopped onion, salt and spices to the minced meat and roll the meatballs with wet hands. Fry them until golden brown over medium heat. Add the pre-defrosted vegetable mixture. We mix. Pour in the cream (leave 50 ml to dilute the flour later), salt, close the lid and simmer for 15 minutes. Then pour in the remaining cream with flour stirred in them. We mix.
