Chocolate cake for tea It couldn’t be easier! You don’t even need a mixer. Everything was mixed in the oven. ⠀ Mold diameter – 23 cm ⠀ Ingredients: ⠀ Eggs – 3 pieces Sugar – 120 g Vanilla sugar – 10 g Milk – 100 ml Butter – 50 g Flour – 200 g Cocoa – 3 tbsp. Baking powder – 1 tsp Salt – a pinch ⠀ Cooking: Mix eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and melted butter with a whisk. Add milk. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa through a sieve. We bring the dough to homogeneity. Grease the form with butter. ⠀ We bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Remember to test the doneness with a wooden stick or toothpick. ⠀ Serve with condensed milk, whipped cream or chocolate syrup. Real Food | #dessert .
