Sift the flour, mix well and distribute the dough in a 10x20cm shape. Bake at 180s for 30-35 minutes, check the readiness with a skewer! ⠀ Remove the hot cake from the mold and soak with impregnation (stir the condensed milk in boiling water). Leave to cool completely. ⠀ For the cream, beat the sour cream with boiled condensed milk or powdered sugar.
