#short Onion rings Ingredients: Onion – 3 pcs. Flour – 100 g Eggs – 2 pcs. Breadcrumbs – 150 g Sunflower oil 200-300 ml (depending on the volume of the container) Preparation: 1. Cut the onion into large rings and disassemble it into pieces. 2. Spoon each ring first into flour, then into an egg and bread crumbs. 3. Heat oil in a saucepan or other container for a couple of minutes (it should not burn or smoke), put onion rings, and fry on both sides until golden brown over low heat. 4.
