Rice with chicken and vegetables Ingredients: Rice dry. 150g Raw chicken fillet 340g Onion 80g Garlic 3 teeth. Carrots 80g Bulgarian pepper 140g Soy sauce 25g / 3 tbsp. Rust oil 6g / 1 tbsp. Salt, spices (mixture of peppers, smoked paprika) Green onions, sesame seeds to taste Water for cooking rice 400 ml Cooking: Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Add oil and onion to the pan. Fry over low heat for 5-7 minutes, lay out diced peppers and carrots, stir and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes. We spread the vegetables in a container, and in a pan (add more oil if necessary) chopped chicken fillet, fry on low heat for 7-10 minutes. We return the vegetables, washed boiled rice, salt, spices, mix and cook for 2 minutes over medium heat, pour in the soy sauce, stir, decorate with sesame seeds. # lunch # dinner.
