The Ranbir Kapoor – Alia Batt starrer Brahmastra seems to be unstoppable at the box office. After opening on a good note the business of the Ayan Mukerji directorial witnessed immense growth on its first and second week running. Now on its third weekend the business of the film has seen further growth. In fact, the film, which also features Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna and Mouni Roy, has managed to draw in a massive Rs. 20.95 cr over its third weekend.

As per reports, the Rs. 75 ticket pricing has greatly benefited Brahmastra, which saw Rs. 8.8 cr coming in on Friday, as compared to Rs. 8.85 cr and Rs. 6.30 cr on its third Saturday and Sunday running. In fact, with this stellar third week collections the total business of Brahmastra has now reached Rs. 243.25 cr, a stone’s throw away from the Rs. 250 cr mark. Looking at the current trend, Brahmastra look set to cross the Rs. 250 cr mark in the coming couple of days.

If that was not enough, with Ayan Mukerji taking to social media announcing reduced ticket prices for the film, at Rs. 100, trade predictions estimate that the business of Brahmastra in its fourth week will continue to hold strong. As per early estimates, with the lowered ticket prices Brahmastra could well see its business nearing evne the Rs. 275 cr mark by the end of the week.
