The Ayan Mukerji directorial Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt was released last week on Friday, and since then the film has been unstoppable at the box office. Also featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy Brahmastra which came with immense hopes and expectations has been living up to the same. After seeing a good spate of advance bookings the business of the film which took off to a flying start continued to remain stable on weekdays as well. Now, on its second weekend running, trade predictions claim that Brahmastra will see yet another spike in collections.

Not surprisingly, keeping in line with predictions, Brahmastra has seen advance bookings for its second Saturday increase. As per reports, the film has already managed to draw in Rs. 5 cr gross from advance ticket sales for its second Saturday alone. This advance booking revenue coupled with spot bookings and of course, the wide release pattern is sure to propel the business further. In fact, as per trade expectations, Brahmastra look set to see its collections cross double digits today as well.

In fact, Brahmastra which has already managed to draw in Rs. 170.20 cr at the domestic box office is expected to see its business blow past the Rs. 200 cr mark by the end of its second weekend running.
