K.G.F – Chapter 2 Box Office: Film likely to surpass Tanhaji – The Unsung Warrior this week; will emerge as 2nd highest grosser in Mumbai circuit :Bollywood Box Office – Bollywood Hungama

The Yash starrer KGF –Chapter 2 released a while back and continued to dominate the box office since then. After a stellar opening the business of the film witnessed immense growth with audience thronging theatres across the country.

In this box office report, we look at the collections of KGF – Chapter 2 within the Mumbai circuit alone while comparing the same to previous releases. Collecting Rs. 130.21 cr till date within Mumbai alone KGF 2 is all set on surpassing the collections of the Ajay Devgn starrer Tanhaji – The Unsung Warrior that collected Rs. 134.96 cr in Mumbai. With the business of the Yash starrer showing no signs of slowing down, expectations are that the film will fast emerge as the second highest grosser within the Mumbai circuit.

In fact, trade predictions state that at the current growth rate KGF 2 that has collected Rs. 420.70 cr till date will eventually close the gap to the Rs. 500 cr mark in the coming weeks.
