KGF – Chapter 2 Box Office: Film collects 20.77 cr. on third weekend; become 10th all-time highest third weekend grosser :Bollywood Box Office – Bollywood Hungama

The Yash starrer KGF – Chapter 2 that released last month has been doing roaring business at the box office. After opening on a thunderous note the business of the film fast went past the Rs. 100 cr. and the Rs. 200 cr. mark. If that was not enough, KGF 2 managed to cross the Rs. 300 cr. mark within just 11 days of its release. Now on its third weekend running the film has seen yet another spike in collections.

In this box office report, we look at the third weekend collections of KGF – Chapter 2 while comparing the same to previous releases that have made it this far. Collecting Rs. 20.77 cr. on its third weekend, KGF 2 now ranks as the tenth all-time highest third weekend grosser. While the third weekend business of the film surpass certain releases like Bajirao Mastani which collected Rs. 20.50 cr, Bajrangi Bhaijaan which collected Rs. 19.98 cr, and 3 Idiots which collected Rs. 18.43 cr, it does not out beat the third weekend collections of The Kashmir Files which collected Rs. 20.85 cr.

Going forward, KGF – Chapter 2 that has raked in a massive Rs. 382.90 cr. is expected to go past the Rs. 400 cr. mark by the end of the week. In fact, the business of KGF 2 will benefit greatly with the underperformance of the new releases Heropanti 2 and Runway 34.
