KGF – Chapter 2 Box Office: Film surpasses RRR at U.A.E box office; collects 3.22 mil. USD [Rs. 25 cr.] :Bollywood Box Office – Bollywood Hungama

The Yash starrer KGF – Chapter 2 released last month to a thunderous response from the audience. Released across over 10000 screens worldwide the business of the film witnessed exponential growth with each passing day. Now weeks after its release, KGF 2 continues to run in theatres, despite new releases hitting screens.

In the overseas market of U.A.E, KGF – Chapter 2 has been moving from strength to strength. After a strong opening, the collections of the film continued to see growth rivalling some of the big-ticket releases in this market. In fact, the business of KGF 2 which saw USD 32,21,057 [Rs. 25 cr,] coming in till date, has gone past the collections of the SS Rajamouli directorial RRR which managed to draw in USD 29,81,365 [Rs. 23.14 cr.].

While both films have been doing well at the U.A.E box office, the Yash starrer KGF – Chapter 2 has clearly emerged as the box office leader. On the other hand, RRR which starts Ram Charan and Jr. NTR, continues to grow, but is no way rivalling the business of KGF 2.
