KGF – Chapter 2 Box Office: Yash starrer is now the second highest Hindi dubbed movie of All-Time after Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion :Bollywood Box Office – Bollywood Hungama

The Yash starrer KGF – Chapter 2 released nearly two weeks ago and since then there has been no stopping the film at the box office. After drawing in over Rs. 50 cr. on its opening day the business of KGF 2 witnessed immense growth over its opening weekend and first week. In fact, the business of the film continued its stellar run well into its second weekend crossing the Rs. 300 cr. mark.

In this box office report, we look at the collections of KGF – Chapter 2 while comparing the same to previous releases. Collecting Rs. 348.81 cr. KGF 2 ranks as the second highest Hindi dubbed movie. Though the business of the film does not surpass the SS Rajamouli directorial Baahubali 2 – The Conclusion, which had collected Rs. 510.99 cr., it does manage to overshadow certain other films. In fact, KGF 2 has performed better than RRR, which collected Rs. 261.83 cr., 2.0 that collected Rs. 189.55 cr., Saaho that collected Rs. 142.95 cr., Bahubali – The Beginning that collected Rs. 118.7 cr., and Pushpa: The Rise – Part 1 that had collected Rs. 108.26 cr.

As of now, KGF – Chapter 2 still runs in theatres with audience patronizing the film in droves. With the release of two new films viz. Runway 34 and Heropanti 2 the business of the Yash starrer might be affected. However, trade remains optimistic stating that KGF 2 will continue to do well, and will even see a spike in collections.
