Chocolate roll with cream Ingredients: Dough: ⠀ Eggs-4 pcs. ⠀ Sugar-100 g ⠀ Flour-90 g ⠀ Cocoa-20 g ⠀ Water-30 ml ⠀ Baking powder-0.5 tsp ⠀ Pinch of salt ⠀ Vanilla sugar -1 tsp ⠀ ⠀ Cream: ⠀ Yogurt or sour cream-350 g ⠀ Egg-1 ⠀ Sugar-100 g ⠀ Flour-15 g ⠀ Corn starch-15 g ⠀ Butter-40 g ⠀ Vanilla sugar-1 tsp. l. Jam Add a pinch of salt, sugar, vanilla sugar to the eggs and beat into a white fluffy mass. Then pour in water in a thin stream.
