Fry the zucchini until golden brown 3. Fry the mushrooms with dry garlic and a piece of butter, but so that they remain a little fresh inside 4. Fry the pepper in oil and high heat with a pinch of sugar (3-4 minutes, no longer) 5. Dip Rice Noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes (it cooks very quickly) and transfer to vegetables. 6.
