Light chicken soup Ingredients: Chicken legs – 6 pieces Potatoes – 2-3 pieces Carrots – 1 piece Butter – 40 g Onion – 1 piece Rice – 3-4 tbsp Cilantro – 2-3 sprigs Salt, black pepper, dry herbs Preparation: 1. Pour chicken legs with water and cook. 2. Make a roast. Chop the onion finely, fry in butter until golden brown, then add grated carrots to it and fry for another 5 minutes. 3. Add small diced potatoes, rice and fry to the chicken with broth. 4. Add salt, pepper, dry herbs and cook under a closed lid for another 7-8 minutes. 5.
