Royal cheese Ingredients: For the dough: Whole wheat flour 180g Eggs (yolk) 2pcs Cocoa 2 tsp Baking powder 1/2 tsp Vanilla and s.z (or sugar) Butter 100g (coconut + butter) For the curd layer: Cottage cheese 700g 2 Protein Sweetener + vanilla Preparation: Mix the melted butter, flour and all the other ingredients for the dough and grind it into crumbly crumbs. Mix cottage cheese with protein and sweetener with a blender. Put dough-cottage cheese-dough in layers in a 26cm detachable form. Oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the finished cheesecake cool.
