Udon with turkey and vegetables Ingredients: Udon noodles Turkey thigh (can be replaced with pork, beef, chicken) Mushrooms (here oyster mushrooms) Bulgarian pepper Onion Carrots Cherry tomatoes Green onions Sesame Teriyaki sauce Cooking: 1. First of all, cut the turkey into thin slices and marinate in teriyaki sauce.⠀ 2. Add the noodles to boiling salted water and cook as indicated on the package.⠀ 3. Cut the pepper and carrot into slices, onion into half rings and mushrooms as you like. 4. Heat the pan very well, add vegetable oil and fry the turkey until tender. 5. The next step is to add mushrooms, onions, carrots, peppers. 6. Add the finished noodles to the vegetables and a couple of tablespoons of water in which the noodles were cooked. 7. Add the sauce and cherry tomatoes, mix, fry for 3 minutes. 8. Serve with sesame seeds and green onions. #lunch #dinner
