Law enforcement agencies including police swung into action after a suspicious person entered the Prime Minister House in Islamabad on Saturday, Express News reported.
The security agencies detained the suspect, who according to sources entered the PM House three days ago through different routes.
The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) shifted the suspect to an unknown location for an investigation to find out as to how the suspect entered the PM House, breaching the high-level security protocols.
The major security breach has raised serious questions on the security of the PM House which is situated in the red zone area of the federal capital.

Sources said that the suspect has identified himself as a resident of Afghanistan.
In a statement, the spokesperson of Islamabad police said that a suspicious person was taken into custody from Pak Secretariat which is adjacent to the PM House.
The spokesperson said the suspect could not produce any identification.
“A medical test is also being conducted to check the mental condition of the suspect,” he added.
