Salmon with creamy sauce with spinach and cherry tomatoes KBZHU for the whole portion: ⠀ К-757.0 / B-84.6 / Ж-42.7 / У-9.2 ⠀ ⠀ Ingredients: ⠀ Salmon – 2 steaks (200 gr) ⠀ Cream 10% – 100 ml ⠀ Spinach – 40 g ⠀ Cherry tomatoes – 100 g ⠀ Garlic – 2 cloves ⠀ Salt and pepper to taste ⠀ ⠀ Cooking method : ⠀ 1. Salt and pepper the steaks. Place in a preheated frying pan without oil. Fry on both sides until golden brown. ⠀ 2. Remove the salmon, and in the same pan put the cherry and spinach, chopped in half, squeeze out the garlic, salt and pepper. Fry for 2-3 minutes. ⠀ 3. Pour in the cream, bring until lightly thickened. ⠀ 4. Place the fried fish. Simmer for another 3 minutes so that the fish is soaked in the sauce.
