“Vegetable stew with turkey meat” Ingredients: Turkey meat – 500 g Potatoes – 3-4 pieces Eggplants – 3 pieces Bulgarian pepper – 4 pieces Carrots – 2 pieces Onions – 1 piece Tomato – 1 piece Salt, black pepper to taste Cooking: B first of all, fry the meat, over high heat, in a preheated pan, until golden brown. Then add the onion and fry for a few minutes. Then add potatoes, carrots, eggplants, spices and mix. After 2 minutes, pour in water, about 2-3 glasses (depending on how much liquid you want) and simmer under the lid for about 20 minutes over moderate heat. The dish should not boil too much. Now add the bell pepper and tomato. We try to mix carefully, but do not mix much, as the vegetables are already soft and the dish may turn into porridge. Simmer for another 10 minutes and serve.
